A 10-part series facilitated by Rachel Rosenthal
Sunday mornings at 10am @ Aish

Through text study, art, drama, dance and music, Jewish female role models are brought to life.  From matriarchs to modern day leaders, mothers and daughters will together discover their links in the unbroken chain of Jewish women who came before them.

Join over 4,500 mothers and daughters around the world who have participated in this program!

All Bat Mitzvah girls will receive $100 spending money for the Aish Family Mission.

Bring your son/s to experience a hands-on  interactive Challah bake together with Mom!

Everyone walks home with a oven-ready challah, just bake and serve!

THE AISH TORAH CHALLENGE

OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LEARN FROM AGES 10 TO 110

YOUR GOAL:  Read and finish the entire Torah in one year

YOUR COMMITMENT:  Read or listen, to one Torah portion each week (ABOUT 20 MINUTES)

YOUR RESOURCES: A complimentary copy of “The Living Torah” a translation by R. Aryeh Kaplan

Live Weekly Torah class with Rabbi T on that week’s Torah Portion
Yearly Calendar of Torah schedule
Certificate of completion and “Siyum” Event

We begin on Tuesday night,  the eve of  Shavuot, which celebrates the giving of the Torah. (We will typically meet on Mondays, but because of Memorial day we pushed it off for one day)

As part of the World-wide Shabbat Project on October 27-28, Aish Detroit is encouraging everyone to join a neighborhood Shabbat meal.
