Irresistible Cheese Cake

2 Blocks of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
Graham Cracker Crust
combine and bake
35-40 minutes@ 350 Degrees

optional addition

combine half the batter with
1/2 cup of melted chocolate chips

 

 

 

 

Yummy Bruschetta

4 Tomatoes finely diced or 24 ounce petite diced canned tomatoes
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 Cup sundried tomatoes
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 Cup oil
1/4 Cup fresh basil or 1.5 Tablespoons dried basil
Salt to taste ( about 1/2  teaspoon)

Leave to sit for at least 2-3 hours

 

Hamentashen

4 Eggs
1.5 Cups sugar
1 Cup oil
2 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4.5 Cups flour

Your choice of filling

(chocolate chips, jam etc.)

Bake for 20 minutes at 350

Potato Kugel

5 Pounds of potato
one medium onion
one egg
olive oil
salt
pepper (optional)

cook at 350-375 for 1-1.5 hours

Avocado Tomatoe Salad

2 Avocados
12 oz. Tomatoes
2 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/8-1/4 teaspoon salt

Sushi Salad

2 cups rice
5 sheets Nori
Fake Crab-4 sticks
2 avocados
1/2 english cucumber
2 carrots

Dressing

4 garlic cloves crushed
4 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
6 Tablespoon rice vinegar
6 Tablespoon mayo
1/4-1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
